In a Recent news, Apple had rejected the native application that Google had developed to use this service on iPhone phones. Google Voice app was blocked from Apple store but now you can grab it for free!
Sean, The developers of this iphone app is not ready to throw all the work in the trash, so although they probably do not get a single penny has decided to offer it for free through Cydia. Cydia is an application that allows you to add other applications to your iPhone or iPod Touch. It is an alternative application installer to AppStore from the makers of jailbreak.
Moreover, although the author of the application it is offering free through this channel is also ready to receive donations if users believe it should (though I do not think he will gain too much).
The application is now available for download, but unfortunately only works in Google Voice United States (for now) and if you want it, just follow the steps outlined in ModMyI.
